Yuvraj Singh top buy with 16 crores in IPL 2015 auctionIPL 8 auction held in Bangalore on February 16. Total 8 teams participated in the IPL 2015 auction and 67 players were sold out in the auction out of 350 plus players who were auctioned. Many unknown and inexperienced players were sold for different teams while some important and experienced players like Hashim Amla, Kumara Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene were left out by Franchises. Delhi Daredevils(DD) purchased Yuvraj Singh for whopping 16 crores followed by Dinesh Karthik with 10.5 crores by Royal Bangalore Challengers(RCB). In uncapped category David Wiese of South Africa purchased by Royal Challengers Bangalore for 2.8 crores , In Indian Uncapped players unknown players like KC Cariappa bought for 2.4 crore by Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) is an interesting buy behind Sheyas Iyer who sold for 2.6 crores for Delhi Daredevils(DD). Zaheer Khan who who remained unsold initially bought by Delhi Daredevils for 4 crores. Irfan Pathan was sold out at last to Chennai Super Kings for 1.5 crore. There will be another trading window from Feb 16 to March 2 For IPL- 8. IPL 2015 will starts from April 8.
