KKR vs MI: Kolkata Knight Riders started solidly in 169 run chase

IPL 8 season started with match between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders, KKR started solidly although they lost early wicket of Robin Uthappa, Gautam Gambhir(34 from 28) and Manish Pandey(29 from 15 balls) scored 66 runs partnership for 2nd wicket and Kolkata Knight Riders were 85/0 at the end of 9 overs. Earlier Mumbai Indians scored 168/3 in 20 overs. Rohit Sharma scored 98 from 65 and Corey Anderson scored 55 from 41, Morrne Morkel took 2 wickets in Kolkata Knight Riders bowling.

Sangakkara to play for Surrey post cricket world cup 2015

Sri Lankan star Kumara Sangakkara is in fine touch with bat will play for Surrey for the upcoming county season soon after the completion of cricket world cup 2015.
