IPL 8 is closer now, Player auction for upcoming season of IPL 2015 has finished on February 16th at Bangalore. 8 team owners with their coaches participated in the auction in which total of 67 players were bought from total of more than 300 players who went under the hammer. Some top international players were left unsold at the auction and some unknown players were sold as hot cakes in this auction. Delhi Daredevils spent more money than any other team while Kings XI Punjab bought only 3 players in the auction. 

Some best buys at their base price or nearer to their base price are 

1. Kane Williamson (60 lakhs): this young New Zealand batsman is one of the best buy in the IPL 2015 auction. Considering his recent form in all formats. Sunrisers Hyderabad is very happy to buy him at low price. 

2. Kevin Pieterson (2 crore): Discarded England Batsman Kevin Pieterson who has a great record at IPL 8 and in T20 is another great buy by Sunrisers Hyderabad. His experience will be key for them 

3. Jimmy Neesham (50 lakhs): Played for Delhi Daredevils in 2014, Jimmy Neesham is another great when taking his all round abilities in to the account. 

4. Albie Morkel (30 lakhs): This experienced all rounder, who played in inn season is good buy by Delhi Daredevil at IPL 8 auction. 

5. Justy Theron (30 lakhs): With lot of experience in T20 cricket with 126 wickets in 110 matches. Rajasthan Royals bagged him t their base price. He is another player to watch out for.

Sri Lankan star Kumara Sangakkara is in fine touch with bat will play for Surrey for the upcoming county season soon after the completion of cricket world cup 2015. He is in excellent form in the recently concluded test series against New Zealand scoring double ton. He also crossed the record of Don Bradman for highest number of test hundreds in tests.
