Muttiah Muralitharan was named as Sunrisers Hyderabad new bowling coach: IPL 2015

IPL 8 is coming closer, Sunrisers added strenght to their team ahead of IPL 2015. Sri Lanka’s spinning great Muttiah Muralitharan was named as bowling coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad ahead of IPL 2015. Former Sri Lankan has played 66 games in Indian premier league and took 63 wickets at an average of 26.92. In 7 seasons he played for Chennai Super Kings (Chennai Super Kings), Kochi Tuskers Kerala and Royal Challengers Bangalore. From 2008 to 2010 he played for Chennai super kings and scalped 52 wickets which helped Chennai Super Kings to win Indian premier league and Champions league in 2010. He decided to end his career after disappointing season in 2014 with Royal Bangalore Challengers in which he played only 6 matches. Sunrisers Hyderabad believes that Muralitharan services will help their spin bowling ahead of IPL 8. Muralitharan retired from international cricket in 2011. Earlier, he joined Australian team as spin bowling consultant which helped Australian bowler Nathan Lyon to pick wickets against India. Karn Sharma and Parveen Rasool may use Muralitharan to pick wickets in upcoming season. Tom Moodey is the head coach of Sunrisers.

Sangakkara to play for Surrey post cricket world cup 2015

Sri Lankan star Kumara Sangakkara is in fine touch with bat will play for Surrey for the upcoming county season soon after the completion of cricket world cup 2015.
