Cricket world cup 2015, New Zealand win by 3 wickets over Bangladesh in their last group stage match at Seddan Park Hamilton. Chasing 289 runs New Zealand lost the wickets of Brendon McCullum and Kane Williamson very early but Martin Guptill(105 from 99 balls) and Ross Taylor(56 from 97 balls) build the innings by scoring 129 run partnership. After that both the batsmen lost the wicket. Corey Anderson(39) and Grant Elloit(39) scored some quick runs but they too lost the wicket and New Zealand were in shaky stage. Daniel Vettori(16 runs) Tim Southee(12 runs) finished off the things as Kiwi’s scored 290/7 in 48.5 overs. Shakib Ul Hasan took 4 wickets in Bangladesh bowling. Earlier Bangladesh scored 288 runs Mahmadulah scored his second consecutive century of 128, Soumya Sarkar scored handy 51 runs besides him. Trent Boyult, Corey Anderson and Grant Elloit took 2 wickets each in New Zealand bowling. Earlier Brendon McCullum won the toss and opted to field first. Martin Guptill was awarded with man of the match.
