India vs South Africa: India beat South Africa by 130 runs at MCG

Cricket world cup 2015, Indian pace bowlers bowled very well and crushed South African top order. Two openers Hashim Amla(22), Quinton de Kock(7) fell to Indian bowlers early . Then after that two quick wickets, AB de Villiers and Faf du Plessis added 68 runs to the board and Steadily build the innings but fell to Indian bowlers very early. AB fell to a run out and Faf caught at the boundary while playing big shot. After that David Miller batted for a while but got run out by a super throw by Yadav. After that South Africa lost their wickets in quick successions and scored 177 runs in 40 overs. In Indian bowling, Ravichandran Ashwin scalped 3 wickets, Shami and Umesh and 2 wickets each. Earlier, after choosing to bat first Indian opener Rohit Sharma got out in the form of run out very early in the 3 over when India were 9/0. After that Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan build the innings excellently and added 127 runs to the board. Finally Imran Tahir braked this partnership by taking Virat Kohli(46 from 60 balls) wicket in 28th over. Shikhar Dhawan(137 from 145 balls) and Ajinkya Rahane( 79 from 60) has added another century partnership to the board but threw their wickets in quick successions while playing big shots when India was in 260’s. MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja got out early and India scored 307/7 runs in 50 overs. In South African bowling Morne Morkel took two wickets beside that Wayne Parnell, Dale Steyn and Imran Tahir took one wicket each. Shikhar Dhawan was awarded with man of the match.
