2015 is very lucky for AB de Villiers, who holds the record of fastest fifty and hundred in ODI’s added another fasting scoring record with his name. In match against West Indies today AB de Villiers (162 from 66 balls) scored fastest 150 runs in just 64 balls which is the record by any batsmen in one day international with 16 fours and 9 sixes. One month back on January 20 at Wanderers, this South African skipper scored fastest 50(16 balls), fastest 100 (31 runs) by scoring 149 runs in 44 balls and breaked Corey Anderson record of fastest hundred in 36 balls. One thing to observe is that he scored all three records against the same team West Indies. He missed the fastest 150 there but caught it in today match. Previously fastest fifty record is with Shahid Afridi (17 balls) and fastest 150 record is with Shane Watson who scored in 83 balls against Bangladesh South Africa beat West Indies by 257 runs. 408 runs is the highest score in cricket world cup 2015 till now.
