Mahela Jayawardane to miss 3RD ODI Due to personal reasons

Mahela Jayawardane is going to miss third ODI against Sri Lanka citing personal reasons which is scheduled to take place on December 3 at Hambantota. Mahela Jayawardene had requested Sri Lanka Cricket to give rest to him for the 3rd ODI against England due to personal reasons. SLC has granted his request and Ashan Priyanjan has been named as replacement for Mahela. Priyanjan has played 21 ODIs with two fifties and average 23.64. Srilanka is now leading with 2-0 against England in a 7 match series. Mahela is riding with his form and scored 87 runs in the second ODI against England.

But, India has played three times against South Africa and never registered a win against South Africa in ODI world cup event from 10 world cups (1975-2011). India has lost the match against South Africa in 2011 in which it lifted the world cup after 28 years. India has beaten South Africa of 2007 T20 world cup in which India won a world cup.
