West Indies batsmen Darren Bravo opts himself out of South Africa due to personal reasons. Bravo also asked the Trinidad & Tobago selectors earlier to not consider him for the regional four-day competition which started last week. "Darren Bravo wrote to chairman of selectors Clive Lloyd and requested not to be considered for the Test series due to personal reasons," the WICB release stated. "The WICB extends its best wishes to Bravo as he seeks to resolve his personal matters and looking forward to return to the game”. WICB made mandatory for their players to sign contracts with the board because of recent tour of India where players left series in the middle. "The WICB thanks the players for their timely and positive responses and looks forward to a successful tour of South Africa," the WICB release said.
Mohammad Shahzad recently played a phenomenal match wining with 84 against West Indies. He played for Afghanistan and won the match in the final of World Cup Qualifiers 2018. Previously, Mohammad Shahzad was banned for one year after failing the doping test. He returned after one year and was doing very well.
