Sachin Tendulkar hits 50th Test Century vs South Africa at Centurion

The God of Cricket, professor of batting – master blaster Sachin Tendulkar has reached a historic milestone in his two decades of Test Cricket. The legend scored his 50th Century in Test Cricket, which is the most by any player in the world. He overcame this milestone in his 175th Test match and this his seventh century in this calendar year. After scoring his 49th Test ton against Australia in October, 2009 it took four matches for little master to reach to his 50th century. This is his fifth tours to South Africa and fourth century there which will be remembered for a very long time as this is his 50th test ton and gave India a hope saving the match. He was in the middle for around 258 minutes and faced 197 deliveries to reach there.

All the cricket loving people awaited for this moment from around one month and even the players were very curious to watch him in getting his 50th ton. One factor that will be disappointing for the master is losing of the test match despite of an excellent innings from Sachin. Incidentally this year it was the same opponents against whom the master scored an ODI double century February and again it’s Dhoni at the other end. Now he reached this new milestone against the same team and with the batsman at the other end being MS Dhoni. Nobody stood along with the master at the crease to allow him in saving the match from the hosts. We Congratulate Sachin Tendulkar for reaching this new milestone in the history of Test Cricket.
